We are looking for a .Net Team Leader to join our IT department and build functional applications and websites. Experience in Managing a team and the skill experience of one .Net Frameworks. The core responsibilities include participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, and configuring existing projects.

Responsibilities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible,Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients.

Skills

Expert Level Knowledge in C#, Asp.Net MVC and Entity Framework with a Minimum of 6 Years of experience.
Proficiency in Asp.Net Core is a plus.
Knowledge of entity framework 6.
Proficiency with MSSQL is mandatory. Knowledge of RDBMS like MYSQL, and Oracle is a plus
Knowledge of NUnit | XUnit \ MSTest is good to have
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is required
Proficiency with Angular 2+ and JQuery is required. Knowledge of other Javascript frameworks like ReactJs, VueJs is a plus
Knowledge of cloud architecture and AWS and/OR Azure is an added advantage.
Excellent Communication skills.

Experience

Minimum 6 Years of Experience candidates can apply for the same.
Minimum 2 Years of Managerial Experience can apply for the same.

Bachelor/ Master Degree – Computer Engineering
