Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, and collaboration with the Business Development Department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience as IT-BDM
  • 2+ Years of Management experience
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in international software service-based platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Flexjobs, Guru, PPH, etc.
  • Experience in a service-based software development company.
  • Extensive sales experience with international leads.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. Great networking skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Willingness to work on flexible timing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Education

  • Computer Engineering or MBA in Marketing (Bachelor's in Engineering + MBA is a Plus point)
